The form of Goddess Chandraghanta
is extremely peaceful and beneficial. The color of Chandraghanta's body, riding on a tiger, is as bright as gold. An hour-shaped crescent moon is present on his forehead, hence he is called Chandraghanta. The 10-armed goddess is adorned with different weapons in each hand. A garland of white flowers adorns her neck. Their posture is that of being ready for war. The tyrannical demons, devils and demons always tremble with their terrible bell-like sound. Despite being always ready to suppress and destroy the wicked, his form remains full of gentleness and peace for the viewer and worshipper. Therefore, she quickly solves the problems of the devotees. The lion is his conveyance. His worshiper becomes brave and fearless like a lion. The sound of his bell always protects his devotees from evil spirits. As soon as one meditates on them, the sound of this bell starts ringing for the protection of the one taking refuge. Wherever the devotees and worshipers of Maa Chandraghanta go, people feel peaceful after seeing them. There is invisible radiation of atoms containing divine light from the body of such a seeker.
Importance of worship of Maa Chandraghanta.
By worshiping her, devotees get the boon of long life, health, happiness and prosperity. By the grace of Mother Chandraghanta, all the sins and obstacles of the seeker are destroyed. One of the great virtues gained from their worship is that along with bravery and fearlessness, gentleness and humility also develop in the devotee. The glow in his face, eyes and entire body increases and his voice becomes filled with divine and supernatural sweetness.
